(More customer reviews)I ordered this item and four pair of headphones from Amazon.All items arrived in one box.The box that the DVD player was in was torn and had no wrapping on it.Hard to imagine that it came from the factory that way.There was no seal on the box.Just lift the flaps and it is open.This DVD player has a cheap plastic feel to it and there are no buttons on the front of it.What looks like buttons for play, pause etc in the picture is actually a smooth faceplate thing and this faceplate was already peeling off of mine when it arrived.And because it appeared to have been opened prior to arrival at my home, I could not be sure that all the essential parts were there.I returned it and Amazon has processed my return.That is the good part.This purchase did a lot to damage my trust in Amazon, though.An item like the one I received should never have even shipped out of the warehouse.Ended up costing me the expense of return shipping, the headache of having to take the time to pack it up and mail it, and the doubts about whether to give it another try to see if a second try will deliver the product as advertised.
